NOTD: Zoya Elise

Gosh, I was a busy bee Saturday, spending totall 5 hours at the stores trying out clothes :-) As some stores are running clearance sales, I figured it was good time to get new outfits.

Got 3 dresses for Squirt at Sears for CAD10 each, plus the unadvertised "extra 30% off on clearance". They were a steal.

I got 2/3 of the stuff from Smart Set. Too many cute shirts and summer dresses in my size that took me forever to try on. The store has "extra 50% off on clearance" promotion, so I saved a lot with the load.

From RW & CO. sale rack, I found some pants at CAD9.95 (org. CAD50) and dresses at CAD19.95 (org. CAD98) in my size, really nice to wear at my sister's wedding, and used the 25% off birthday coupon (just register with them online for it).

At Winners, I got 2 cute tops. Was browsing the makeup corner as well, only found a Best of Urban set in Spandex for CAD9.99 - for a friend if she still wants it. I got enough UD goodies from last haul, so I'm good for a while.

For the weekend, I had Zoya Elise on my nails. This is a more wearable orange, not as bright as Revlon Scented when Dry Mad About Mango, but still is very fun. It was a bit sheer, opaque in 3 coats.

The weather has been really like summer this weekend. The bf's parents are in town before their trip to Newfoundland, so we spent some nice time around town with them. The food at dinner turned out better than we expected :-)

Hope you all had a good weekend.

Note: I got more Carlo Di Roma, and edited the Fabulous .99 haul to include them, so that you have everything about that brand all in 1 post. Make sure to check back.

  2. Nice buys! It feels great getting stuff on sale doesn't it? Even if you do have to search a bit more for it on the sale rack.

  4. I should check out my local RW&Co, I always pass by it, but they seem to have some classic pieces.
