Shoppers:

Canadians, hold on to your hats cause Quo's Holiday 2012 collection has hit the stores. Scheduled for November release its display has arrived at my Shoppers. Stocks will be filled gradually so if you haven't seen them at your store, they will be there soon enough.

I am always excited about Quo's holiday collection every year, but this year, I am extra excited, because of this Back to Basics palette. It is our Canadian version of the UD Naked palette, for less than half of the price ($25 vs. $60). The palette comes with a full-sized eyeshadow brush. The packaging has awesome gold patterns, I'm totally in love!

There are other palettes with different product and colour combination, at different price points ($5 - $60), blotting papers, night clutches, brushes with fun patterns on the handles. And spend $50 or more on Quo holiday products and get a free sequined cosmetic bag. Fun all around :)

For nail polish, there are 2 Holiday sets, $20 each, include 6 mini bottles - Naughty has reds, metallic gold and off white shades, and Nice (pictured on the left) has glittery red, purple, blue and gold. It's kinda hard to not be Nice now, isn't it? lol.

There is also a LE 18-pc mini set that is shown in the flyer for $40. Value wise, this set is better, but it all depends on your taste of colours/ finish, as well as budget.

Now back to the flyer :)

New product news:

If you are a fan of eos lip balms, the company tweeted that the Alice in Wonderland trio packs are now available in Canada at Rexall, Value Drug, Lawtons, Giant Tiger, Paragon, Overwaitea, Jean Coutu, Uniprix, and Wal-Mart.

I also spotted the eos twin packs with a lip balm and a lotion at Lawtons. And people found the 4-packs of lip balms at Costco Canada too. Looks like eos is expanding here, finally.

On a similar note, if you are waiting for the new flavours of Maybelline Baby Lips, they are coming (in duo packs) near the end of next month.

And once again, hold on to your hats. This time is for Marcelle :)

For limited time only, Marcelle is offering a special BB duo of great value. If you haven't tried these products or need backups, now is a very good time.

- At Shoppers across the country: the set includes BB cream Anti-aging SPF20 and BB Cream-to-Powder in Light to Medium and Medium to Dark, $38.50 (valued $51.90, you save 25%) - as pictured.

- At London Drugs in the West and Jean Coutu in Quebec: BB cream (no SPF version) and BB Cream-to-Powder in Light to Medium and Medium to Dark, $33.95 (valued $45.90, 25% off).

Check out my BB cream review if you need to learn more about the product.

I am so excited now, so many great things to surrender my wallet to. How about you?

    1. Quo does have some great products. Their eyeshadows however do need some swatching before we can confirm the pigmentation :) By the look of it, it's probably closer to N1

  3. I am so glad you posted this! I have to admit I am a bit embarassed about my "need" to get the NAKED palettes-especially when Quo comes out with one that is VERY similar. Do you think you'll pick this one up?

I am also excited about the Alice in Wonderland stuff-I was just in the states and couldn't find it.

    PS-need your address please.
