Sparkled Beauty

Phewww, this weekend was a really busy one. The convocation yesterday was great, quite emotional for me for some reason. It reminded me of mine years ago, I guess. I was the photographer for the bf, lol. The department held a little reception for its students after the ceremony, so we didn't leave hungry.

We spent the rest of the day doing some shopping - groceries and all. At Superstores, I saw that the Nivea Visage Q10 Plus Advanced Wrinkle Reducer line was on clearance. Regular price was CAD18.99, now on for CAD6.99. I couldn't help myself.

So I picked up, from top left corner, clockwise:
- Night cream
- Light cream for combination to oily skin. There is a regular day cream version for those whose aren't acne-prone, and
- Eye cream.
The price was cheap, I wouldn't mind trying them out.

The last item was from the perfume section. The sale tag on it caught my eyes, CAD59.99 reduced to CAD24.99. It's the Juicy Couture Eau de Parfum 1.7oz bottle.

There was no tester around, but I never own anything Juicy Couture, so I figured I could go take a sniff at Shoppers or something later to decide whether I like it or not.

According to the website, the perfume has fruity scent, as its top notes are watermelon, mandarin, and pink passion fruit. Do any of you own this scent to be able to tell me more about it? Please and thank you!

Squirt was sleeping over at my co-worker's, so the bf and I went to see a late show - Zombieland. It was hilarious, lol. All in all, it was a good day for us. How about you ladies?
