Words on twitter were that Flower Cosmetics will be coming to Walmart Canada (finally). Let's hope all locations will have it.

Some OPI shades (originally from NOPI or SOPI, packaged in OPI bottles with new names and sold to TJ Maxx chains) have been found at Winners (e.g. Frog in my Throat, $7.99) and Dollarama (e.g. Girl Color, Stir-fried Eggplant, Front Lawn, etc., $3 each). Beauty Geek has a great post about this mystery and the original shades to help you with purchase decisions.

Also at Winners were GlamGlow Youth Mud for $49.99 (comparable at $76). I'm glad to find it at a discount, but a little sad that it wasn't $39.99 as found at TJ Maxx in the US. The Bright Mud (for eyes) is also available for $39.99.
